Our Quality Approach
Quality management at OZBROS covers every stage — from incoming material control to final shipment. Using our SAP and MES integrated systems, we monitor and record all production parameters in real time, ensuring full traceability from raw material to delivery.
Our engineers design custom fixtures, gauges, and control tools to perform dimensional checks and verify compliance with customer specifications. In our laboratories, microstructure analysis and destructive testing confirm mechanical integrity from casting to final surface treatment.
New Product Commissioning
When launching new products, our Project, Technical, Quality, and Commercial Teams work together to guarantee a smooth and compliant process.
We conduct FAI (First Article Inspection), monitor test production runs, design gauges and fixtures, and prepare PPAP documentation before mass production. Customers receive transparent weekly updates, and all processes are verified by the Quality Department through detailed reporting and on-site validation.
Inspection and Process Quality
Each project begins with an input inspection plan that defines critical materials and measurements. All data is processed through Industry 4.0 systems, allowing continuous monitoring and control.
We apply statistical tools like SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement System Analysis) to ensure process stability and Cpk compliance after extrusion, machining, and coating.
OZBROS also performs FMEA studies, control plans, VDA 6.3 audits, and product quality reviews — ensuring proactive risk management and consistent performance.

Our laboratories are equipped for both destructive and non-destructive testing, including:
- CMM & Dimensional Testing
- Tensile, Bending, and Compression Tests
- Hardness and Surface Roughness Measurement
- Micro & Macro Structure Analysis
- Ultrasonic, Penetration, and Conductivity Testing
- Vibration and Heat Treatment Verification
All tests are performed according to international standards such as EN ISO 6892-1, EN 755-1, and ASTM E112.
