Foil Rolling

Foil rolling is a specialized extension of cold rolling, where aluminium is reduced to extremely thin gauges (down to microns). This process requires highly precise control systems and advanced rolling technologies.

Modern foil mills use variable crown roll (VCR) technology, flatness measurement systems, and X-ray inspection to ensure defect-free production.
