Anodising

Anodising is a key part of the aluminium coating process that enhances surface durability and corrosion resistance.

OZBROS provides anodised aluminium extrusion products in various finishes and colours — from natural silver, light bronze, brown, black, and gold to other organic shades with matte, semi-matte, or gloss effects.

Our anodising lines operate in QUALANOD® certified facilities, producing up to 25-micron coating thickness and achieving 1,000-hour salt spray test results.

Profiles up to 15 metres in length can be anodised, with optional finishes such as satin, brushed, inox effect, scotch brite™, shot-blasted, and steel wire brushed surfaces.

All processes are digitally managed through MES integration, ensuring full traceability and compliance with chrome-free pretreatment and environmental sustainability standards.

Powder Painting

OZBROS provides powder-coated aluminium extrusion products using advanced horizontal and vertical robotic lines, delivering uniform coating and long-term durability.

Our powder painting facilities use chrome-free, solvent-free, and VOC-free coatings that combine aesthetic quality with superior protection.

Available in all RAL colours with gloss, semi-gloss, or matte finishes, our coatings are QUALICOAT® certified and compliant with European and UK environmental regulations.

We can coat profiles up to 8 metres in length and 400 mm in width, achieving 1,000-hour salt spray resistance and full production traceability through integrated SAP and MES systems.

Sublimation (Wood Effect Lamination)

OZBROS also offers sublimation coating — applying realistic wood-grain finishes and other decorative effects to aluminium extrusions and composite panels.

This process begins with a base powder coating, followed by vacuum-sealed sublimation film transfer, resulting in natural, high-definition surface patterns.

We provide a wide variety of finishes including Golden Oak, African Teak, Mahogany, Light Cherry, Dark Cherry, Kiefer Wood, and other custom tones, all applied under precise heat conditions between 180–230°C.

These coatings combine the warm aesthetic of wood with the durability of aluminium, making them ideal for architectural facades, doors, and window systems.
