Continuous Casting

The continuous casting process is the starting point of aluminium flat rolled production. In this stage, molten aluminium is transformed into solid coils or slabs that will later undergo rolling and finishing processes.

Continuous casting systems are designed to ensure uniform metal structure, consistent thickness, and superior surface quality. Advanced technologies such as electromagnetic stirring, ceramic filtration, and temperature-controlled feeding systems are used to enhance the purity and mechanical properties of the aluminium.
