New Product Commissioning

Each new product begins with a structured and collaborative process led by our Project Management, Technical, Quality, and Commercial Teams.

We initiate every project with a Kick-Off Meeting, defining objectives, milestones, and deliverables. The project plan includes all stages — from feasibility and design validation to full-scale production readiness.

During the FAI (First Article Inspection) and test production phases, our engineers design and validate gauges, fixtures, and control processes to ensure dimensional and functional accuracy. All documentation, including work instructions and inspection procedures, is completed and shared before mass production begins.

Our Quality Department oversees the testing and documentation of all newly launched products. Customers are regularly updated throughout the process and are encouraged to visit our production facilities for technical review and approval.

Inspection and Process Quality

In accordance with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) standards, critical part parameters and control plans are defined and monitored through SAP and MES systems. Every production parameter — from raw material to shipment — is traceable, ensuring full visibility across the supply chain.

All data is automatically collected from production equipment, creating a real-time feedback loop for process optimisation and continuous quality improvement.

To maintain consistency, special fixtures and control apparatuses are developed for customers, helping reduce costs, improve reproducibility, and guarantee geometry accuracy across production batches.

Quality Tests

All products undergo comprehensive testing to ensure durability, precision, and performance, including:

  • Macro and microstructure analysis
  • Hardness and tensile strength tests
  • Compression, bending, and torsion tests
  • Surface roughness and visual inspection
  • Ultrasonic and penetration testing
  • Conductivity and vibration testing
  • Heat treatment validation and documentation
